Idyllicx Coastal Living, operated by WebOriginations LLC, currently sells digital products, including instant-download printables, wall art, and templates. At this time, nothing is physically shipped for products purchased directly from us.
Digital products
Because our products are delivered electronically and are made available immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or because you expected a physical item to be shipped.
By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital download, not a physical product, and that your order is non-refundable once the files have been made available, except as described below or as required by law.
When we will make it right
We stand behind our files. If any of the following happens, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix the problem or issue a refund:
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not download
- You received the wrong item
- You were charged more than once for the same order
Affiliate products

Affiliate products are sold by the third-party merchant, not by Idyllicx Coastal Living or WebOriginations LLC. Any refunds, returns, exchanges, shipping issues, warranties, or customer service questions for affiliate purchases are handled according to the third-party seller’s policies.
Future physical or print-on-demand products
If we offer physical or print-on-demand products in the future, those products will be covered by a separate or updated refund and return policy before they are made available for purchase.
